What safety precautions are you taking to prevent the spread of COVID-19?Our movers wear gloves, sanitize often, and are instructed not to come to work if they are experiencing any symptoms of COVID-19. We do not require deposits, so if you or a household member is experiencing any symptoms or has been exposed to COVID-19, we encourage you to post-pone or cancel your move. If you have any concerns regarding your safety, please let us know and we will accommodate. Our first priority is to make your move as safe and easy as possible!
What important factors should I look for when hiring a mover?- Licensed and insured
- They own their own equipment, ie: own trucks, pads, dollies, they are fully equipped to complete your moving needs.
- They do not hire day laborers, they have their own experienced crew.

What factors into the price of my move?Phoenix Valley Movers charges a flat hourly rate, so the more organized and prepared you are, the smoother and faster your move will go, thus saving you money. Unlike many other moving companies who charge a deposit fee, fuel surcharge, stair fees, heavy item fees, equipment fees to use shrink wrap, pads, etc. We only charge an hourly rate with no hidden fees.
Can I leave items in the drawers of my dresser?Yes, you can leave the drawers of your dresser full during a move. However, please take out your valuables and breakables.
Are there any items that you will not move?Based on OSHA standards we do not transport chemicals, flammables or combustibles.
Do you offer insurance?Even though Arizona does not require movers to carry cargo insurance or be regulated, Phoenix Valley Movers offers .30 per pound, per article.
How far in advance do I need to schedule a mover?Depending on the season, we are typically booked out about 2 weeks. However, we are flexible in many cases. Sometimes scheduled moves are postponed due to closing issues and openings become available. We assure that our customer service is number one priority as we try to accommodate every inquiry.
Will moving continue rain or shine?We are here to help! You can count on us for your move regardless of the weather or conditions. We are an essential business!
We accept cash and all major credit cards. There are no upfront costs or fees - pay after your move is complete!
